Create an account, click 'New Listing' from your dashboard, fill in your project details, set your price, and publish. Your listing will be reviewed and go live within 24 hours.

Platform fee

iStack.site charges a platform fee on completed transactions. Payment processing fees from the payment provider may also apply. Our fee structure is designed to stay competitive while funding the infrastructure, security, and support that keep the marketplace running reliably.

How fees are calculated

Fees are calculated as a percentage of the final transaction amount. The fee is automatically deducted before your payout is initiated through Stripe Connect. You will always see a fee breakdown on your transaction detail pages in the dashboard before any sale is confirmed.

Fraud prevention and risk controls — We screen every transaction to protect buyers and sellers from chargebacks and bad actors.
Hosting, bandwidth, and infrastructure — iStack.site runs on reliable cloud infrastructure to ensure fast load times and high availability.
Customer support and dispute handling — Our support team mediates disputes and resolves issues between buyers and sellers.
Product development and marketplace moderation — Fees fund ongoing platform improvements, new features, and category moderation.
Payment processing — Stripe Connect provides secure payment rails and buyer protection for all iStack transactions.

Seller payouts

Sellers receive payouts through Stripe Connect. You can manage your payout schedule, bank account, and payout history from your dashboard settings. Payouts are typically initiated within a few business days of a completed transaction, depending on your Stripe Connect account status and regional banking timelines.

Buyer protection

A portion of platform fees directly supports the iStack buyer protection framework. If a transaction does not go as described and you are unable to resolve it with the seller, our support team reviews the case and may issue a refund or mediated resolution. Contact support with your transaction ID and any relevant evidence.

No listing fees

Creating and publishing listings on iStack.site is free. You only pay a fee when a transaction is successfully completed. There are no monthly subscriptions, no listing limits, and no fees for browsing the marketplace.
